By creating an account or using our site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Sirius Jobs.
2. Service Description
Sirius Jobs powers (a) the Jobs board connecting workers and employers, (b) the Consultations platform connecting clients with independent doctors, lawyers, and therapists for paid text-based sessions, and (c) the Sirius Marketplace where local businesses list their services. We are a technology platform only — not a staffing agency, law firm, medical provider, or therapy practice. All contracts, service agreements, and professional relationships are solely between users.
⚠️ Medical, Legal & Therapy Disclaimer

Job Listings: Employers pay ₦1,000 per job listing. The “Post a Job” button remains disabled until the employer is logged in, has submitted a government ID, and payment succeeds. Fees are non-refundable once a listing goes live.
Marketplace Plans: Merchants select a plan (3-month at ₦30,000, 6-month at ₦57,000, or 12-month at ₦108,000 — equivalent to ₦10,000/month, ₦9,500/month, or ₦9,000/month respectively). Plans are non-refundable. Upgrades or extensions require a new payment and cannot be prorated mid-cycle.
Consultation Sessions: Clients pay based on session duration (minimum 30 minutes). The rate is set at ₦3,000 per hour (₦1,500 per 30 minutes). Sirius Jobs retains a flat ₦500 platform fee per completed session; the professional receives the remainder. Sessions are non-refundable once started. If a professional fails to attend without notice, you may contact support for a review.
Worker Subscriptions: Workers may pay a ₦1,000 monthly subscription to maintain an active listing. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time; no partial-month refunds are issued.
Refund Policy: All fees are generally non-refundable. Disputes may be raised within 7 days of a transaction by contacting support@siriusjobs.com. Sirius Jobs reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion.
7. Verification and Disputes
We may verify user identity by requesting government-issued ID documents (NIN slip, driver's licence, or international passport). Submission of an ID document does not constitute a guarantee of identity accuracy; Sirius Jobs reviews documents on a best-efforts basis and is not an identity verification authority.
Sirius Jobs is not a party to any service agreement or transaction between users and is not liable for disputes arising from them. However, we may assist in good faith as a neutral facilitator. To raise a dispute, contact support@siriusjobs.com within 7 days of the event.
Sirius Jobs does not guarantee the qualifications, credentials, licences, or professional standing of any professional listed on the platform. Users are strongly encouraged to independently verify credentials before engaging any professional for medical, legal, or therapeutic services.
